PR measurement has been a hot topic on the industry agenda for years and continues to be an issue worldwide for practitioners. In today’s tough economic climate, the thorough measurement and evaluation of campaigns is essential and needs to be more objective and rigorous than ever before in order to deliver credible proof of results and ROI to senior management.
