Stellar adds dash of flavour to Sydney’s newest food precinct

Stellar Concepts has been appointed to launch Saporium, the newest addition to Sydney’s thriving design and eating hub, The Cannery Rosebery.

Drawing its name from a hybrid of Sapor, meaning flavour and Emporium, meaning trading place or market, Saporium is a new urban food marketplace housed in a 4,500 square metre revived warehouse that will unite more than 12 food providores and artisans under one roof.


Stellar will be executing a launch campaign to share the many great stories of Saporium and its tenants with the local community and Sydneysiders who share a passion for high quality produce.

“Good food has always been a pillar of Stellar’s DNA so to be sharing the stories of Saporium with Sydney is a true pleasure,” said Stellar General Manager, Hayley Cole.

The precinct includes tenants Wholefoods House, Grain Bakery, Kingsmore Meats, Welcome Dose Speciality Coffee Roasters, Vive Cooking School, The Choc Pot, 5th Earl and Zeus Street Greek.
