Stellar dishes up three new food clients

Stellar Concepts has today announced three new clients to its food, beverage and hospitality division.

A 350 seat farm-to-table style eatery in Camperdown, acre, is fast becoming the go-to dining destination for people seeking a wholesome, quality and authentic meal, following a launch strategy developed and executed by Stellar.  acre’s vision is to enrich the way people think about and consume food with the onsite urban farm providing inspiration for the truly seasonal menu.


Back in the city, Stellar is publicising the re-launch of iconic Australian heritage hotel, The Edinburgh Castle also renowned as a favourite watering hole of bush poet, Henry Lawson. In the agency’s first campaign with leading hospitality group, Solotel, Stellar will share the great stories within the venue from a historic perspective as well as highlighting a new modernised menu and design overhaul.


Stellar’s appointment by TABASCO® sees the original red pepper sauce expand on its Louisiana roots with new products and innovation. Stellar will spread the word about the world’s leading hot sauce by engaging “hot” new food talent in emerging chefs across the country.


The three new clients adds to a successful year following launches for Saporium and Moore Park Produce Market, complementing existing long term clients such as Cafe Sydney.
