With a hands on approach, she believes in the Stellar ethos of delivering with authenticity - personally and professionally upholding this as agency co-director, inspiring her clients and team to build brands with momentum, and a differentiated point of view.

As co-director and passionate mentor, Hayley empowers her team with the tools to grow to be bold, confident and ambitious, while successfully serving the brands they work with.
