Bathers’ Pavilion X L’Enclume
Balmoral iconic seaside dining precinct, Bathers’ Pavilion, announced their residency partnership with internationally renowned British chef, restaurateur and farm-to-table pioneer, Simon Rogan, to bring the UK’s best restaurant and 3-Michelin starred L’Enclume to Bathers’ Pavilion.
Stellar was engaged to manage publicity strategy and announcement of the residency.
