Westholme Wagyu delivers world class farm-to-restaurant Australian Wagyu to top restaurants across the country.

Owned and operated by Australian Agricultural Company and established in 1824, AAco is Australia’s largest integrated cattle and beef producer, and is the oldest continuously operating company in Australia, representing a symbol of excellence among Australian Agriculture as they strive to perfect the art of Australian beef.

Stellar has been working alongside the Westholme team to launch their Supper Club Dinner series in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. As a way of celebrating the beautiful wagyu produce, the event series partnered with a collection of the country's finest restaurants, and Stellar supported with a targetted and effective editorial and influncer program that resulted in many dinner events selling out.
